T.O.S (Terms Of Service)

general terms of service- Payment is preferred to be upfront and before I start the request (see "How to commission section for more on payment)
- I have the right to decline a request for any reasonable reason__copyright/usage rules__- The artwork will be considered mine, but I have no right/nor will i ever try to claim the character(s)
- You are not allowed to claim yourself as the artist, but ofc can claim the character(s)
- I'm allowed to use the artwork for my portfolio
- If/when you decide to repost the artwork please give me the proper credit for my work even if it just my art name in the bio/description.
- You will not remove my watermark unless you have asked for a clear version.
- You may use the work commercially, I just ask for a head up on wanting a no watermarked version and that at least a mention of my name be included in a part of it.
^ With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork, as props, change it to your liking etc.
^ Credit : The finished works will have versions of watermarks, one single mark and the other covered.
__refunds/canceling rules __- Refunds are only if there's an emergency on either end.
^ In events of an emergency I'll give a refund for the stages I have yet to complete (ex: if you got a Full body lined and shaded and I was able to get sketch and line done then I'll give a 50% refund for not completing coloring, shading and detailing)
- If you file a chargeback against me, your rights to the work I have done for you shall be retracted and will have the right to sell the copyrighted work to new buyers (Note: I will only sell it if its a custom, and if not a custom then I will keep it for my portfolio)
^ You will be prohibited/forbidden/ruled out from ever commissioning me again.

How to Commission/ Reach me

how to commission/expectation-Just ask if they are open or closed, I'll respond as soon as I can.
- Payment is preferred to be upfront
- I accept payment via PayPal USD (for now that is my only option, I'm sorry in advance)
- I do not work with due dates most of time, but I will do all i can to get it done within 3 months or so depending on how much is wanted or how many I have lined up: if you want to set up a due date I'm willing to discuss for example if its for a present or needed by a certain day.
-I would like to expect no drama or over reactions in a negative way along with a decent lvl of respect, please.art guidelines- Will Do: Ponies, other Equines, Fantasy (Dragons, Griffons, etc.), Anthropomorphic characters, Natural Based Animal Characters(horses, dogs, cats, moths, birds, etc.), Architecture, Simple Mecha, Gore, Humanoids, NSFW- Maybe Will Do: Medium Mecha Things, Medium lvl Gore, NSFW (Heavy Gore: Ask me if unsure)- Will Not Do: Full render Pet Portraits (flat color and one or two color shading)message should include- Your Email or preferred communication so I can send the final artwork/drawing
- A clear/neat reference of the character(s) ( I do not accept traditional references or descriptions, but if unsure ask and show and I'll let you know if i can work from it)
- *The kind of commission you want (ex: Lined (Fully Shaded with Background of >insert character and details here<)
- The type of Background you want (OPTIONAL: Provide photo references of they type of Background your looking for but it's not needed)
- Clear wording and understanding of what you'd like to happen in the artwork [Don't be afraid to go into detail (OPTIONAL: Photo references of the dynamic/ pose but it's not needed)]
^ I will give an estimate after you list what you'd like (Depending if the order goes over a certain amount; say 3-5 orders from one person; I’ll give a depending discount)
^ If the order goes past 100 USD then I'll allow a split payment that we can discuss
